Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KeyVerse (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use KeyVerse.

2. Subscriptions & coins

  • KeyVerse Premium is billed at $3/month via PayPal and renews automatically until canceled.
  • Coins are a virtual, in-app credit with no cash value. Coins are non-transferable and non-redeemable.
  • You may cancel Premium at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content you don't have the rights to distribute.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
  • Do not use KeyVerse to harass others, distribute malware, or violate laws.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant KeyVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The KeyVerse name, logo, software, and design are owned by KeyVerse and protected by intellectual property laws. Store items (MIDI files, chord charts, sheet music) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless stated otherwise.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
